Overlooking the majestic Fitzroy River, The River Lounge and Stage is a popular area on the first floor. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, this area hosts some of Australia's leading electro artists and DJ's on Friday and Saturday nights. The area is available for private hire on weekdays and weeknights and until 10pm most Fridays and Saturdays.

One of Australia's best beer gardens, 'The Rooftop' is simply spectacular. Catering for up to 400 people, it boasts a large open bar, modern outdoor furnishings and a large smokers’ mezzanine overlooking parts of the CBD and the Fitzroy River. 'The Rooftop' is not only one of Rockhampton’s favourite meeting spots, but is also available for private functions. 

Stylish and relaxing, our Public Bar is the cornerstone of the Heritage Hotel Rockhampton. The drinks menu includes a large variety of unique spirits, international liqueurs, Australian craft beers and exclusive wines. Serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week from a well-priced and modern menu, the Public Bar is a welcoming destination for any occasion. 

This incredibly popular space is dedicated to commercial and RnB DJs on Friday and Saturday nights. Artists who have graced its stage include RnB Superclub, Nino Brown, Eko and MC Kitch. As with all internal areas on the Heritage Hotel Rockhampton’s first floor, the Macarthur Room opens onto wide balconies that overlook the CBD and Fitzroy River.
